How
Calcium Silicate is Made
Calcium silicate is built from amorphous, calcium, reinforcing
materials, and other preservatives mixed with normal water in a batch-mixing
reservoir to type slurry. This slurry is injected to the preheated, where it is
heated to steaming and easily added into molds. After a few seconds, the material
is eliminated as a wet and fragile solid. These formed items are placed into an
indicator for several hours, where the substance response occurs to type Calcium
Silicate.
Calcium Silicate Insulation
Calcium
silicate insulating made from tobermolite crystal strengthened with non asbestos
fibers. It is a solid material presenting great compression strength, low
pulling values and low heat conductivity, high temperature resistance at high service
temperatures. It is non-corrosive, non-toxic and chemical constant.
